By using and purchasing through this site, you automatically acknowledge and agree to our terms of services and policies. We reserve the right to change these terms and policies at any time.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING IS NOT AVAILABLE

ORDER PROCESSING TIME: Typical order processing time is 2-5 business days during normal operations. However, a shop restock means that our supplies have been exhausted and we must spend time to prepare more items for sale or delivery. During a restock, please allow up to 10-15 business days for your order to ship. We will always pack orders as quickly and as safely as possible. Carrier transit times may vary during peak and/or holiday seasons.

ORDER CANCELLATION: An order may be cancelled prior to shipping. Once an order has shipped, all sales are final. We reserve the right to cancel any unshipped order. All orders cancelled by the customer will be subject to a non-refundable 5% restock fee. 

SHIPPING & HANDLING: We charge a small handling fee with each order. This helps to pay for all the packaging supplies needed to get your order to you safely. Additionally, customers are responsible for paying all commercial shipping rates. As we are a small business, we cannot provide shipping prices and time frames that a larger company may provide. We do our best to figure shipping costs appropriately and fairly. 

CUSTOMER SHIPPING INFORMATION: Currently, our shipping rates are determined by the cost of the order. This helps us to determine the most cost-effective shipping available by way of flat rate boxes and packaging. Orders weighing 15.9 ounces or less may be mailed First Class unless the items are too bulky OR other arrangements have been made. We recommend adding Shipping Insurance to your order at check out.

CUSTOMER CONTACT INFORMATION: We may need to contact you about your order. If proper contact information is not provided, we are not responsible for any issues that may arise with your order. We reserve the right to cancel an order due to non-response and/or non-compliance. We do not sell customer information. 

MULTIPLE ORDERS: We typically do not combine multiple orders. Please contact us if you have multiple orders pending and if possible, we will try to accommodate.

MISSING PACKAGES: If you would like signature confirmation added to your order, please contact us immediately so that we can add this feature to your order.

SHIPPING INSURANCE: Your package is not guaranteed insured without adding shipping insurance to your order. Shipping insurance is paid by the customer and available to purchase during checkout. Shipping Insurance cannot be purchased after the checkout process has been completed.

Please note that Candybear Creations LLC is NOT responsible for a package that has been shown delivered by the carrier but missing to you. Porch/Mail Theft is becoming more and more prevalent and it is not the responsibility of Candybear Creations LLC or the carrier to replace or reimburse for any missing packages. If you believe that your package is legitimately missing via USPS, FedEx, UPS, or another carrier, please contact the carrier's local office as they are best equipped to locate your package. Your next step will be to contact your local law enforcement to report the suspected theft.

Please understand that we are a small business and cannot be responsible for packages that are shown delivered but go missing. The provided information is not to just remove ourselves from liability but is the result of the fact that we also have no recourse to resolve the theft of items delivered to your home or business financially.

Production of our goods is very costly and the time and effort we put into our business is also very valuable. We will do everything within our power to resolve product-related issues and work on your behalf with the carrier, and at our discretion, to resolve shipping issues that may arise.

DAMAGED ITEMS: If your items arrive damaged, please capture photo documentation/proof of the damage and contact the carrier and Candybear Creations LLC immediately. A claim may be filed but in order to do so, will require proof and documentation from the customer. We recommend adding shipping insurance to your order at check out.

REFUNDS and RETURNS

PRODUCT REFUNDS: Refunds will be determined on an individual basis. No refunds will be given due to personal dislike of fragrance, texture, or design. Please keep in mind that everyone is different and scents or product designs may be perceived differently by each person. We do our best to describe each product, it's specific scent, texture, and size. Our products are handmade, and as such, design and/or colors may vary slightly.

PRODUCT RETURNS: We DO NOT accept returns under any circumstances due to sanitary reasons. Once an order has shipped, all sales are final.

GENERAL PRODUCT WARNINGS AND CAUTIONS

We are not doctors or healthcare professionals and we DO NOT make any health-related claims about our products.

ALLERGY WARNING: We use a variety of natural ingredients in our products. Some ingredients may contain components that are possible allergens. At some point, one or more or these ingredients may have been in contact with another ingredient. This would be similar to a warning that says "This product has been processed in a facility that also processes ______".  It is important that you are aware of ingredients/allergens that could affect you and know that we do use possible allergens in the production of our products. Please contact us if you have any questions.

It is the responsibility of the user of the products to use the products properly. Always be aware of personal allergies and irritations. We recommend you conduct a "patch" test before using any skin/hair products. If any products cause irritation, discontinue use immediately and consult a physician. Candybear Creations LLC is not responsible for injuries, accidents, and/or allergic reactions. We use natural and organic ingredients in our products.
